That's My King

That's My King

Jason and I realized that we have 11 Sundays left here in Jacksonville, only 11 more weeks. Kinda scary. I am hoping to graduate in May, I have two correspondence courses that I hope to finish, if not I will graduate in August and that will okay too! Jason is working for CBC still as a media coordinator and I am still and Assistant Advisor. I love my job and hate to leave it, I would love to continue advising but due to lack of experience and a Masters degree I do not know if that is in my future. We are praying about me working at SWBTS, so if you dont mind please pray for me with that decision. We now know where we are moving, we got a house on campus, with a WASHER AND DRYER, yes thats right after 3 years of lugging clothes from the laundry mat , to up the hill, to Jasons family (known as Trotterville) I will now have a washer and dryer where I can do laundry anytime I want. I am unsure if our Dishwaser (Model #: Tonya Curry) will get to retire or still have a few more years. :) But I realized something the other day if having no washer/dryer or dishwasher is "hard or poverty" (why poverty I have no ida) to some, then we are majorly blesssed in the USA.

Moving to a new area is scary, exciting and thrilling all in one. Following Gods plan for you is so fulfilling, but at times you just want to make a personal requuest to God that says "can I please have the blueprints too?" All I know that in my short 24 (almost 25... :) ) years of Life that when I follow God life is so amazing/blessed/awesome and just WOW, that I have no idea why anyone would never want to follow God, and why did I ever think I didnt need Him daily in my life! I mean who wouldn't' want to follow the God who created us and loves us more than we can imagine. Who has such an amazing plan for you that if you just follow and listen (and not talk) that life is so much more fulfilling. Those that do not have God in their life, I honestly do not know how they make it. Without God, we definitely would not have the marriage we have right now, the comfort of knowing we are going to be okay, and defeating just the daily struggles and battles of life.

Above is a video that maybe some of you have seen, we ask you to watch it Christian or not, we just want you to know who our God is.

I pray that when in this video when asked "Do you know him?" you can say yes or have the courage to say no... "but I want to." Remember- Whenever we feel God is no longer there, its not because God left us, its because we left God.

Blessings,

Curry's

P.S. If you say "but I want to" please ask us , we'd love to tell you how to know Him.
